Return Procedure

If you purchased your Silk'n Product from Home Skinovations Inc. and you would like to return it within the guaranteed return period*, please contact our Customer Care Department at 1-877-367-4556 or via e-mail at at any time Monday to Friday between 9am - 8pm EST for your Return Authorization Number. Without a Return Authorization Number, we are not able to accept the item(s) and process refunds. Returned items need to arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued. US orders ship from USA. Canadian orders ship from Canada. There are no cross border tariffs.

Home Skinovations is not responsible for units damaged or lost during transit. In order to avoid damage in shipment, please ensure that the product is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best). To receive a full credit (less s&h), please clean your product before returning it to us. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.
